It is called accountability, when you are the boss, no matter what happens the blame starts and ends with you. You can do everything right, your staff can be perfect in execution, and guess what, it doesn’t work out.
Things that I learned once I stopped drinking.
*
Waking up was so much easier after going out
*
When going out on good nights they are way better sober, nights that are lame are way lamer sober (the ying and yang method)
*
It becomes easier going out sober the more you do it.
*
Peer Pressure in the beginning is going to suck; but gets easier
*
People get very uncomfortable with you not drinking.
*
Prepare to lose “friends”
How often do you talk yourself out of doing something you wanted to do? How often does that voice in your head persuade you to stay in verse going out, finishing a project, making a call? And how do you stop it?
